"Jersey Shore" star recently marked two milestones: getting engaged to her beau Roger Mathews and the premiere of the MTV reality show's sixth and final season.
Aside from chunky sandals and tube tops doubling as skirts, "Jersey Shore" has introduced to us to the mysterious world of JWoww's Changing Face. We speculated on Farley's changing look earlier this summer, and at Thursday night's season premiere event, her face looked even more different.
JWoww's new visage has left some people speculating that the TV personality, who's openly admitted to having breast augmentation surgery, has done some work on her face as well.

JWoww Denies She's Had Plastic Surgery on Her Face
Wendy started out the interview by marveling at JWoww's prodigious figure, and JWoww returned the favor right back. "I want those!" JWoww told her, pointing at Wendy's boobs. "I got mine done too," Wendy replied.
The conversation then turned to JWoww's face. Although Wendy was convinced the reality star had some work done on her lips, JWoww refuted speculation that she's had plastic surgery on her chin, cheeks and nose. "I feel like I should go on a morning show or your show, and just have a plastic surgeon look try and see if I got anything done, 'cuz I want to prove everyone wrong. I just lost 15 pounds, and it was all in my face and neck," she explained.
JWoww also confirmed that she and Snooki are moving forward with a 'Jersey Shore' spin-off show, but didn't give any details about when it will premiere.

Although Jersey Shore babe Jenni 'JWoww' Farley has openly admitted to having plastic surgery in the past, some are saying she's secretly gone under the knife once again.
"People are saying I got cheek implants, my chin shaved down and a nose job," she tells In Touch, denying she's had any more work.
"I lost 15 pounds and my cheeks have become more defined. I highlight my cheeks instead of putting bronzer on them," she added. "'I'll probably get Botox by the time I'm 30 and have my breast implants redone in a few years after I've had kids."

"I have reviewed the photos of her ... and do not believe she has had any plastic surgical intervention," he says.
