Holly Madison Plastic Surgery Before and After Boob Job and Nose Jobs

New mom Holly Madison, who has a E! special on tonight (9 EST) about her pregnancy experience (and who I totally have a girl crush on,) stepped out with daughter Rainbow Aurora Wednesday looking radiant wearing little makeup.

Holly Madison has tweeked her pinup look a bit since she got pregnant, and toned down the heavy makeup, but it’s no secret that she uses makeup like an artist to transform her look.

She’s said in interviews that the main change in her look has been learning how to use makeup, but she’s also had some surgical help too. In 2009 Holly opened up to Life & Style about her boob and nose jobs, but says that she’s not open to having any more work done:

“Plastic surgery made it easier for me to get things I wanted in my career. Without it, I wouldn’t be where I am today… My nose photographed really big in front of my face. If I wanted to do anything in the entertainment industry, I needed to get it fixed. I was definitely happy with the results. It made me more confident. And a lot of doors open when you look a certain way.”

Most notably, she has undergone breast augmentation, which increased her bust measurements from an A to a D cup. She said of the operation:
“I always wanted to have my boobs done, because I wanted to be more proportionate.I finally decided to get implants in 2001, but I really had to talk Hef into it. He’s seen a lot of bad plastic surgery!”
