Health Locklear Plastic Surgery Before and After Botox and Facelift

This American TV actress is entering the age of her 50-s, when aging signs become evident and may be fatal for a future career. But in a number of interviews Heather Locklear says that she chooses the way of natural aging. Is this true? Well, Heather was talked to have breast implants (not too huge, though, and looking rather natural with the other parts of her figure) and some Botox injections, or even a facelift. Look at before and after pictures and decide, whether she has had all these procedures or not.

The Good Plastic Surgery website claims she has new breast implants. “Some new friends,” it calls them.

Plastic surgeon and blogger Dr. Tony Youn of Michigan advises her to ease off the injectable fillers. He says:

“Her lips are plumped up, possibly from Restylane or Juvederm. Her cheeks appear fuller today than they were ten years ago. This could be due to surgical facial fat grafting. Her face is also exceedingly smooth, likely from multiple chemical peels, laser treatments, and/or Botox. Her tight jawline could be due to a mini-facelift.

“Heather is a timeless beauty. I think she would look even better if she laid off the injectable fillers a bit.”

The Celebrity Plastic Surgery website suspects that Locklear has gotten breast implants, a nose job and Botox injections, although she denies it.

Locklear’s career has been low-key recently compared with her years in “Dynasty” (1981), “T.J. Hooker” (1982), “Melrose Place” (1993-99) and “Spin City” (1999-2002).

Although her career has slowed down, speculation about her appearance got a boost from the low-cut dress she wore to a recent fund-raiser in London. (See photo above.) As often happens, that attire triggered rumors of breast implants.

The ThirdAge.com website reported that  her appearance “sparked a storm of speculation over whether she has had breast augmentation surgery.”

Locklear, whose birthday is in late September, also fueled speculation with earlier comments about plastic surgery. Although she denied having gone under the knife, she nevertheless said, “I think it is great. Especially since I’m at an age now where all my friends talk about it. “No one’s done it yet, but it’s all they talk about….Sometimes I look at this [gestures to her chin]… I think it would be scary, but hey, I’m not against it at all. At all.”

Some of this speculation had already started a year ago.

“Poor Heather!” commented a reader on the “In Your Face” page on Facebook.

Plastic surgery consultant Wendy Lewis said Locklear’s face showed signs of “a combination of overfilling and a hard life.”   Lewis added that “Heather was every teenage boy’s fantasy for a few decades, so we should cut her some slack.”

The cosmetic medicine website MakeMeHeal.com concluded that Locklear has breast implants and also may use Botox and injections of dermal fillers.

Plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer of New York told MakeMeHeal, “Heather Locklear is still beautiful. She appears to have slightly fuller lips and cheeks, which may be due to fillers. Her forehead appears higher than previously and eyebrows have changed shape. She may have the Botox effect or, possibly, a brow lift causing these changes.”

Plastic surgeon Dr. John Di Saia of San Clemente and Orange said, “Heather Locklear has had facial work including probably a facelift, eyes, forehead lift and mid-face lift plus or minus cheek implants. A bit heavy on the lip filler but this is so common.”

The celebrity site “Famous Plastic” said “Heather had a nose job and breast implants towards the beginning of her career and has most recently started with the lip injections, Botox, injectable fillers and what appears to be a facelift. Her face is starting to look oddly frozen and like it’s awkward to smile.”

The website “Stars Plastic Surgery” disagrees. It stated that “it looks that she decided to age naturally. Comparing with older pictures of her, there is a difference specially on her neck, that goes according to her age, but that many celebrities choose to skip with the help of plastic surgery.”

Recently, there has been a media buzz about Heather Locklear‘s breasts, ever since she stepped out wearing a low-cut LBD in New York. The big question is: “OMG Did Heather Locklear have a boob job!?”. The big answer? Yes! Heather Locklear has had several breast augmentation surgeries, and her new look appears to be the result of yet another.

Heather had breast implants put in decades ago, so realistically, this is probably at least her third breast augmentation surgery, since breast implants typically need to be replaced every 10 years. Most recently, it looks like Heather had a new, larger set of implants put in, and a breast lift surgery as well.
